Scott Hinson - Vice President Charlotte

Before joining WT DuBois Construction in October 2010 to manage our Charlotte office, Scott worked for Crosland, LLC in Charlotte, NC as the Director of Design and Construction.   Over his seven years with Crosland, Scott managed the construction of several retail shopping centers including Providence Marketplace (Mt. Juliet, TN), Richmond Centre (Richmond, KY) and The Shops at Greenridge (Greenville, SC).  Prior to his time with Crosland, Scott worked for 15 years with Belk Department Stores in several capacities including Director of Design and Vice President of Real Estate.  Scott is a licensed real estate broker and a registered architect.
