M Street Projects, Downtown Nashville, TN

Recently WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville TN - based Commercial General Contractor completed Kayne Prime and Tavern, two highly-customized and upscale signature restaurants for M Street. Bill DuBois was the primary contact in nurturing and driving this relationship. A big thanks to Jason Hall/Preconstruction Manager and Karl Hammers on-site Superintendent for a job well done. The architects for both projects were Barry Brechak and Matt Zink of b2ad Architecture + Design. Barry and Matt were great to work with. They were out-of-the-box thinkers, great problem solvers, and they adapted well to Chris Hyndman’s exquisite style and creativity. Bill DuBois felt we all made a great team.

Please see the nice comments below from Chris Hyndman proprietor of M Street. M Street includes Virago, Whiskey Kitchen, Citizen, Tavern, and Kayne Prime.

"WT DuBois is a very professional outfit. The team is energetic, and creative with problem-solving on what were very unique custom jobs for my restaurants. They worked diligently to deliver a finished product that I felt they took a sincere interest and ownership in." –Chris Hyndman

Building off lasts weeks great news, Larry Poe, a regional representative for Verizon Wireless paid a site visit to the Mooresville, NC Verizon wireless where Jeff White was the superintendent. Larry Poe personally called Bill DuBois and thanked him for making his job easier. Larry said the job site was immaculate, Jeff was ahead of schedule, and he was very impressed overall with where the project stood. A big thanks to Jeff White, Louis Catignani, and Kris Gingrow for another successful Verizon Wireless project. Project Success, Positive Feedback!

We recently finished up a project in Madisonville, Kentucky.  This project ran smooth and finished on time with nothing but positive feedback about the success.
Frank Wallace, a building official for Madisonville, Kentucky, said the following about our work and our superintendent John Shannon:

"The project was a great project and it was my pleasure to work with John and WT Dubois. John did a great job communicating and worked well through every issue. We look forward to the next project you guys have here in Madisonville."

This was in reference to Davita Dialysis, one of the largest kidney care companies in the United States. WT DuBois started from scratch on this facility building it from the ground up. We look forward to more projects in the beautiful City of Madisonville, as well as working with Davita Dialysis to spread their kidney care units across the United States!

We are so excited to announce that we've landed two additional Altar'd State Christian Stores to our project list. We just finished up a 6,900 sq. ft. store for them located in the Bridge Street Towne Center in Huntsville, AL. In addition to this, we are about to start two stores for them that are 6,500 sq. ft each. The first store will be in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The second store is going in Rogers, Arkansas, which is a suburb outside of Fayetteville.

In addition, we did the exterior improvements for their store located at The Avenue in Murfreesboro for Cousins Properties, Inc. Altar'd State Christian Stores are an up and coming retailer with a fantastic growth plan.

WT DuBois Construction Inc. plans on being a vital role in this new partnership as Altar'd State Christian Stores grow and develop within their market!

A New Team Member Has Jumped on Board!

We are excited to announce that we have a new team member who joined us last week! Randy Doores brings a vast knowledge of experience and wisdom to us. He was most recently with Southland, in addition to Flow Construction and Hardaway Construction previously, and has been recommended to us by a couple of owners. His role with us will be a mix of preconstruction, estimating, project management and mentoring. There are so many deals in the pipeline that Bill feels like we need to step up our game and provide a higher level of service and ensure that we have the manpower to support all that’s coming our way. We are excited to also utilize Randy to help free up and support Scott Hinson, Vice President of our Charlotte Office. A lot of Scott’s time has been tied up in putting deals together and project management. Randy will now be able to take these reins from Scott and give Scott the freedom to hit the pavement developing relationships.

Please join us in welcoming Randy to the team!
