WT DuBois: Bringing Men's Fashion to Nashville!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville based Commercial General Contractor, completed expansion for the men’s consignment store, FLIP, last November. FLIP came to Nashville six years ago and were such a huge success that they quickly out grew their space. Klane Maples, owner of FLIP, selected WT DuBois Construction to help with the Build out/Renovation of the new 4,843 square foot space located on 8th Avenue near downtown Nashville. It’s a store that Bill DuBois, President, is especially fond of because of his love for fashion. Klane Maples and Mark Shaffer, FLIP’s management team, have a definite passion for the business. They were careful when selecting the people they wanted to be involved with in the building process. They hired Ginny Caldwell of Southeast Venture to design the space, which turned out amazing! The store is not only about the fantastic name brand clothes you find at discounted prices, but it’s also about the experience you get when you visit. FLIP treats any customer entering their store like family; from the warm friendly greeting, to the service they offer while you shop, their hospitality is unmatchable! The casual, fun environment is obviously one of the many reasons that have made FLIP such a success in Nashville. Matt Davies, fashion guru at FLIP has amazing taste, his knowledge of fashion and own personal style definitely shine throughout the store. FLIP, along with Matt Davies, are very selective about the clothes they will accept and strive to bring the upmost quality consignment into the store. They also have an amazing in-house seamstress named Toy, who has been tailoring for 30 years! Bill DuBois took such a liking/pride in the store that he wanted to get involved personally, he did the estimating and project management with the help of on-site superintendent, Matt Stewart. Working with businesses, like FLIP, is a good fit for WT DuBois because both strive for customer satisfaction along with providing clients with an optimal experience. Kelly Martin Joins WT DuBois Construction!

We are excited to announce that we have a new team member who joined us this morning!  Kelly Martin will be filling the role as Project Manager here at WT DuBois.  Kelly has 20 years of Construction/ Management experience.  He has an outstanding work record in the construction industry with strong management, sales, and customer service skills.  He is hard working and committed to producing high quality work. Before coming to WT DuBois Construction he set up and ran the construction department for over 4 million square feet of office, retail and restaurant space in high rise buildings.  He has completed projects throughout the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.  Bill DuBois, President, is excited to have him a part of the team.

Sweet CeCe's & WT DuBois Construction On The Move!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville based Commercial General Contractor, is continuing to spread   Sweet CeCe's across the states!  WT DuBois has done/ in the process of doing roughly 10-15 stores and is planning to do more!   Sweet CeCe’s is based out of Nashville, TN; the area seems to offer the right demographic for the emerging franchise.  There are  Sweet CeCe’s frozen yogurt locations in the Gulch, Cool Springs, West End, Belle Meade, Hillsboro Village, Franklin and now a new location is about to open in Nippers Corner.  The Grand Opening for Nippers Corner is scheduled for the 28^th of July where everyone is invited to come enjoy some free frozen yogurt.  Sweet CeCe’s was founded in 2009 by Brian Moore; he is to be commended for his success!     Bill DuBois, President of WT DuBois, has helped create this budding trend into the Nashville area and even has ownership in two locations, the Gulch and Cool Springs.    B3 Studios , the architect and designer for all the Sweet CeCe’s locations has done a fantastic job helping to create the evolving image of the franchise. Each location offers the same basic concept but every location is tailored to fit the area it’s in.   Bill DuBois sends a special thanks to Jason Hall, project manager, and on-site superintendents Kevin Angilletta, Trey Prewitt, and Charlie Simmons for all their hard work!  There are many team members at WT DuBois that have contributed to the smooth operation of these stores.  Nashville is just one of the many areas that are accepting Sweet CeCe’s with open arms, and WT DuBois hopes to continue aiding them in their upcoming endeavors.

Glazée Artisan Ice Cream Shop in Brentwood, TN

WT DuBois Construction Inc., a Nashville based Commercial General Contractor, recently completed Glazee in Brentwood, TN an Artisan Ice Cream and Desserts shop. The concept was created by Michael Woody, a Harvard graduate from California. His parents Toni and Bill Woody designed the amazing space! The 2,400 sq. ft. shop is located in Cool Springs Festival at the corner of Moore’s Lane and Carrothers. The shopping center which is 180,000 sq. ft. is owned/developed by Boyle Investment Company . Bill DuBois, President of WT DuBois Construction, sends special thanks to Jason Hall, project manager, and on-site superintendent Michael Brito, for a job well done. WT DuBois Construction is qualified/licensed in 41 states and counting.

Two New FMC locations in Middle Tennessee!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville based commercial general contractor, will soon start two more Fresenius Medical Centers in the Middle Tennessee area; Tullahoma and South Nashville. Both FMC locations are around 9,000 sq. ft. and renovations should be finalized at the end of the year. Ground Up Construction in Florence, SC!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville based Commercial General Contractor, lands an 8,320 sq. ft. ground-up retail project in the face of stiff competition.  This building is owned by Realtylink Development, LLC. The shell building was designed by COR3 Design, LLC to house a restaurant and other retail shops!  This building is well positioned on the busy David H. McLeod Blvd. adjacent the Magnolia Mall.  Bill DuBois President/CEO extends a big congratulations to Todd Bailey for all his efforts in skillfully securing this important 8,320 sq. ft. retail building.  WT DuBois Construction is qualified/licensed in 41 States.
