WT DuBois Welcomes David Stovall/ Superintendent!

David Stovall has 27 years of experience in the construction industry.  He graduated from Cheatham County Central High School and three years later started full-time in the construction business. He has worked with several construction companies over the years as Superintendent and even ran his own construction company for a while.  During his history as a Superintendent he has had the opportunity to work with both large and small corporations.  David is capable of performing all phases of a project including plumbing, electrical, framing & drywall. He has also built two homes of his own.  WT DuBois is proud to have such a diversified, talented employee like David join the team!

WT DuBois Lands a Valu Vision in Smyrna, TN!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, recently landed a  Doctor's Valu Vision in Smyrna, TN located in the Colonial Town Park. The project will be a 3,500 square foot Shell Build-Out. The owners of the building are  Net Lease Alliance.  Steve Cooper and Jim Payne with  Edward + Hotchkiss Architects designed the space.  Kris Gingrow/ Project Manager will be heading up the job and will be assisted by on-site Superintendent, Kevin Kimmel. WT DuBois is licensed/qualified in 41 states, and counting!

Newk's Express Cafe in Bossier City, LA!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville- based Commercial General Contractor, is wrapping up a Newk's Express Cafe in Bossier City, LA! The building was a 4,900 square foot Tenant Build-Out.  Congratulations to Spencer Mooney, franchisee owner of this Newk's .  The building was designed by Hendon + Huckenstein Architects, P.C. located out of Birmingham, AL.

The Project Manager for WT DuBois was Karl Hammers and was assisted by on-site Superintendent Rod Schmitz. WT DuBois considers Newk’s a great customer and hopes to continue working with them in the future.  Rachel Shannon, Newk’s Building Design Project Manager, had this to say about WT DuBois, “The Bossier City location was WT Dubois' second Newk's Express Cafe to build.  You guys did such a great job on our Franklin, TN location and stayed within a tight timeline on that project that I was excited you would be working on Bossier City.  Rod was great to work with.  He always responded in a timely manner and handled all the stressful situations with complete professionalism.  Bottom line, he and the rest of the DuBois team got the job done and in a professional manner.  Your team is also working on our location in Belle Meade.  I'm sure it will be as much of a success as Bossier City and Franklin."

WT DuBois Lands a Mattress Firm in Bowling Green, KY!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, recently landed a   Mattress Firm in Bowling Green, KY located near the Green Wood Mall.  The project will be a 4,200 square foot Ground-Up project.  The owners of the building are Net Lease Alliance . The building was designed by Steve Cooper with Edwards + Hotchkiss Architects in Nashville, TN.

Kris Gingrow/ Project Manager will be heading up the job and will be assisted by on-site Superintendent, David Stovall.   

WT DuBois is licensed/qualified in 41 states which allows us to follow chains like Mattress Firm, who has over 700 locations in 23 states, across the United States!

WT DuBois Completes another FMC in Pearisburg VA!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville, TN based Commercial General Contractor, is wrapping up another Fresenius Medical Care located in Pearisburg, VA!  The 6,200 square foot building was a Build-Out Renovation that went into an old hospital Emergency Room wing. 

From the start of the demolition process there were unforeseen challenges ahead that could not have been predicted on the front end. James Wilson joined the WT DuBois Team after the project had already started but he was able to jump in and help to turn the project around.  On-site Superintendent, Tom Cason, has been with the project from the beginning and was thankful to have James come aboard. With the help of another team member, Mike Van Camp/Superintendent, WT DuBois was able to complete the project as a true success. 

Fresenius Medical Care is considered to be a very good client of WT DuBois and we look forward to continuing our working relationship with them in the future. WT DuBois Construction is licensed/qualified in 41 states, and counting!

FMC-North Houma, LA!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, recently landed another Fresenius Medical Care located in North Houma, LA! The project is 8,000 square feet and will be an Interior Build-Out.  The Project Manager for WT DuBois is Todd Bailey and will be assisted by on-site Superintendent Tom Cason.   Over the past 11 years, Bill and the WT DuBois Team have done approximately ninety Fresenius Medical Care locations across the United States.  Here at WT DuBois, we love to follow our clients wherever they grow, which is why we are currently licensed/qualified in 41 states!

WT DuBois Lands a Liberty Mutual!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville based Commercial General Contractor, recently landed a Liberty Mutual Insurance  in Murfreesboro, TN! The 2,800 square foot Build-out renovation is located in the Avenues Shopping Center.  The building will be designed by Interior Architects based out of Atlanta. Karl Hammers is the Project Manager and will be assisted by on-site Superintendent Kevin Angilletta!
