WT DuBois Lands a Verizon Wireless in Georgia!

WT DuBois, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, recently landed a Verizon Wireless located in Snellville, GA!  The Verizon is 4,000 square feet and will be a Tenant Build-Out project.  WT DuBois has done approximately 60 stores since 2005.  Bill DuBois, President, has built about 200 stores over the past 11 years across the southeast.  The Project Manager is James Wilson and will be assisted by on-site Superintendent, Jeff White!

The Team at WT DuBois is looking forward to starting another project with Verizon and hopes to do more in the future!

FMC- Lake Cumberland, KY!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, recently landed another Fresenius Medical Care located in Lake Cumberland, KY!  The project is 5,900 square feet and will be a Build-Out Renovation.  The architect is Jerry Smith with The Design Group. James Wilson is the Project Manager and will be assisted by on-site Superintendent Randy Pentecost.

Over the past 11 years, Bill and the WT DuBois Team have done approximately ninety Fresenius Medical Care locations across the United States.   Here at WT DuBois, we love to follow our clients wherever they go, which is why we are licensed/qualified in 41 states!

WT DuBois completes an Eye Health Partners in Columbia, TN!

 

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, recently completed an  Eye Health Partners in Columbia, TN. The 2,600 square foot facility was a Build-Out Renovation.  The architect was Steve Powell with  Powell Design Studio, PLLC.   Marc Tidwell was the Project Manager and was assisted by on-site Superintendent Trey Prewitt. The owner of the building, Keith Bolton, was very impressed with Trey’s performance and had this to say, “Trey took this project on as his own.  He was on a personal mission to bring the project home on time and under budget, with a level of attention to detail that I haven’t seen in years.  I cannot thank him enough.”

Exciting News!

WT DuBois Construction is excited to announce that the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union has selected them as one of its pre-qualified General Contractors to be included on bid lists for future State Employees Credit Union projects.  SECU received in excess of 90 pre-qualification packages from various General Contractors and WTD is excited to have been chosen as one of a select group of Contractors. Thanks to Scott Hinson, Vice President of the Charlotte Office, for landing this deal!
