Hot Yoga Studio is Coming to Cool Springs!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, recently landed a Hot Yoga in Cool Springs located on McEwen Drive. Congrats to Susannah Herring, owner,  for selecting such a great location near the new Whole Foods in the fantastic Southern Land Company retail development. The studio is a 3,500 sq. ft. tenant build-out and is projected to open it's doors the first of March.   Sorci & Swords Design are the architects for this project and will be the brains behind the planning and designing of the interior.  Micah Lacher with Anchor Investments in Nashville, TN is the leasing agent for this project as well as the point person for WT DuBois on this deal!

Bar Louie is Coming to Middle Tennesseee!

 

Bar Louie - Murfreesboro

WT DuBois has started construction on a 4,000 sq. ft. Bar Louie restaurant/bar in Murfreesboro, TN. Bar Louie can be found at The Avenue Murfreesboro, and is planning to open its doors in late February 2012.The owners of the restaurant are Zubin Antia and Anthony Marougi, with Lee Klein from JME Consultants as the construction manager. The architect for the trendy restaurant is Barker Nestor Architecture and Design out of Illinois. I have posted renderings from Barker Nestor to give you a feel of what the finished outcome will be.

 Bar Louie is a hip neighborhood restaurant and bar which specializes in handcrafted signature martinis and cocktails. In addition to an exceptional selection of distinctively prepared food such as small plates, sandwiches & burgers, Bar Louie makes all of their salsas, sauces and dips from scratch daily. Specialty cocktails include martinis, mojitos and margaritas made from the highest quality ingredients, fresh fruit and hand squeezed citrus juices. An extensive variety of draft beers, microbrews and over 20 wines by the glass are also available to round out the impressive beverage menu.

 

Bar Louie Murfreesboro

Bar Louie opened its first location in the trendy River North neighborhood of Chicago in 1990. The spot quickly became a Chicago favorite with its oversized sandwiches and specialty martinis. In 2001, they decided it was time to share our neighborhood bar with other cities. Bar Louie now has over 40 locations coast to coast and has grown into a nationally recognized restaurant group that lives by the motto: Eat. Drink. Be Happy. Bar Louie takes pride in great food and ice-cold craft beer and amazing cocktails in a hip and inviting atmosphere.

Another Project Near Completion in Florence, SC!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville based Commercial General Contractor,  is finishing up an 8,320 sq. ft. ground-up retail project in Florence, SC any day now!  The building is owned by Realtylink Development, LLC., and was designed by COR3 Design, LLC . This building will house a restaurant and other retail shops!  This building is well positioned on the busy David H. McLeod Blvd. adjacent the Magnolia Mall. Special thanks to Todd Bailey and Kevin Kimmel for all their efforts with this project. Here are a few pictures to show how awesome the new building looks! WT DuBois Construction is qualified/licensed in 41 States.

WT DuBois to Build new Jonathan’s Grille Restaurant in Mt. Juliet!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, recently landed a Jonathan's Grille project planning to start next week!  

The Revelette family is investing around $11 million into a new sports-themed restaurant and a senior care facility in the Providence MarketPlace area of Mt. Juliet.

Jonathan's Grille is the sport-themed restaurant, which is targeted to open in late May 2012 on Providence Parkway in an approximately 7,400-square-foot building. It's location will be between the Kroger and Publix grocery stores and behind First Freedom Bank.

The original Jonathan's Grille opened in 1999 in Cool Springs and has established itself as a sports-themed restaurant with an emphasis on its menu, claiming food sales generate more revenue than alcohol, which will be the same approach in Mt. Juliet.

Steve Page will be the on-site superintendent and Kris Gingrow will be PM on this job. Special thanks to Brandon Hinton for putting in the extra legwork needed for WTD to win this project!

WT DuBois' Newest Addition!

We are excited to have James Wilson, a 25 year commercial construction veteran, join the WT DuBois Team! James has a vast amount of experience in the industry, and he will be working the capacity of PM here at WTD. He will be assisting Todd Bailey and Randy Doores with the ever-growing FMC account. James came to us from his most recent position at Parkes Construction as Project Manager, where he was responsible for entire projects from the bidding stage to each project's completion. We feel confident James is a great match for WT DuBois Construction, and we are thrilled to have him on board!

WT DuBois continues to grow Charlotte office by being awarded two more QuikTrips!

TGIF! Today we are thrilled to announce Scott Hinson and Ryan Smigiel, from our Charlotte, NC office have landed 2 additional QuikTrip convenience store projects! We would like to congratulate and say special thanks to them for all their hard work! Hope everyone has a great weekend :)

WT DuBois Lands a Verizon in North Knoxville!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, lands another Verizon located in North Knoxville. The Verizon is 4,800 square feet and will be a Build-Out Renovation project. WT DuBois has built approximately 60 stores since 2005. Bill DuBois, President, has built around 200 stores over the last 11 years all across the southeast! The project manager will be Kris Gingrow and his right hand man on-site Superintendent will be Jeff White.

The owner, Mike Stephens, had this to say about Jeff on the last project they did together, “Jeff White has had another exceptional performance to oversee our recently completed project with WT DuBois Construction in Walterboro, South Carolina.”

We look forward to starting another project with Verizon and hope to do more in the future!
