Hot Yoga Studio is Coming to Cool Springs!

WT DuBois Construction, a Nashville-based Commercial General Contractor, recently landed a Hot Yoga in Cool Springs located on McEwen Drive. Congrats to Susannah Herring, owner,  for selecting such a great location near the new Whole Foods in the fantastic Southern Land Company retail development. The studio is a 3,500 sq. ft. tenant build-out and is projected to open it's doors the first of March.   Sorci & Swords Design are the architects for this project and will be the brains behind the planning and designing of the interior.  Micah Lacher with Anchor Investments in Nashville, TN is the leasing agent for this project as well as the point person for WT DuBois on this deal!

WT DuBois is excited to be a part of this trendy new workout concept which features heated classrooms that are intended to warm your muscles, helping you to stretch deeper to accelerate results,as well as allowing your body to sweat.  When your body sweats it allows the release of harmful toxins.   Susannah Herring says, "Yoga has changed my life.
